  1. Beter service en niet alleen telefonisch ook een alternatieve service verlening

    Het zou in deze moderne tijd toch mogelijk moeten zijn dat men ook contact kan maken via whapsap en niet alleen telefonisch. Telefonisch niet iedereen spreekt engels. Voorbeeld iemand maakte een account aan met een egyptisch nummer via een simkaart, hij verhuisd naar Nederland 7 jaar geleden en neemt een Nederlands telefoonnr. Al die tijd wordt zijn mail automatisch geopend via firewal en men kan de post inzien. Dan sluit hij de email ingang. Bij het openen weet hij het wachtwoord niet meer, ook zijn egyptisch nr is hij vergeten. Hij kan de vragen niet beantwoorden, welke mail hij vorige…

    Hello, I am unable to add third-party (Outlook, Office 365) mailboxes to my yahoo mail. I keep getting an error saying that I am logged to a wrong (third party) account even though I am making sure I am not. Can you please help me.

    Look, I understand the need to make money by linking an email to a company but the least you could do is get your associations correct. ****com is not related to Fry's Electronics, it's related to Fry's Food Stores (Kroger)!

  7. What is this "OOPS" when you send something for help

    Fix your site. I wrote a big problem to your specialist and when I hit summit I get "OOPS" Is this so that we will pay to talk to someone to get the problem fixed that is your fault?

    Bug: All-day events scheduled for Sunday, November 6, 2022 (next year), end up being listed on both Sunday, November 6, and Monday, November 7, instead of only Sunday. Again, this is for 2022, not 2021.

  13. Fix filters

    I don't seem to be able to delete existing filters. When I right click on an email and select Filter messages like this, nothing happens. This may be the thing that drives me over to gmail though I have never been fond of it.

  14. Opened emails are not showing as READ...AGAIN...fix this please!

    I open emails and they should then show as being READ.
    They are NOT. thus I am replying again and again to the same emails.

    Please - this is not the first time this has happened & you had asked for screen shots which I sent you. Still happening: please fix this!

  18. Stop the auto sync to LastPass!

    LastPass which I deleted nearly two years ago is appearing in Yahoo Mail; not having LastPass I cannot sign in to it and update 2 year old PW's. It is criminal what you have done. My guess would be that you are trying to force paid YahooMail+

  19. User Unfriendly

    I have a small business account. No way to add new email addresses. No way to edit existing info. No place to see credit card info. No place to cancel account. You guys have done away with any way to see any info about the account except user name and password and back-up email. I've had this account for over 20 years. I host my website with Yahoo. I'm going to have to cancel. What am I paying for??
