How can we improve New Mail?

When I open an email and read down - it jumps back to the top all the time

Stop interfering when I am scrolling down and reading an email. The program keeps jumping me back to the top of the email.

    Again well I'm trying to read my emails it keeps going back to the top and I have to go and find my place again. Why did you do this> It was not like this before. I want my old one back or fix this, Just like the BLOCK on my email page. You said to try this and if I did not like it I could get my old one back. So if you can't put thing back you tock away for no reason then give me my old one back.

    Solution to this problem: Click the print icon and the email will open in another window that ISN'T jumping all over tarnation.

    It's been happening to me also, since I stupidly tried Yahoo's new email program! I really dislike the "new" version of email.

    Yahoo has deemed the advertisements so important that I can't read the newsletters that I receive that are longer than one screen! Every time a new ad loads on the right side, the browser snaps back to the top of the message. I use IE and Chrome & it happens in both. Fix the **** bugs!

    The continual jumping back to the top of an e-mail is extremely annoying. Please fix this

    July 17 noon - When I hover the mouse over the Under Review flag, it says "This idea is Under review - Updated 18 days ago". Really? No further updates? Not yet In Development? (Windows 7, internet explorer).

    Agree with Don Barkemeyer...I will choose another email if this isn't resolved very very quickly. Have had yahoo email for almost 20 years, but there are other choices out there.

    Totally annoying that the screen is so unsteady. It makes it almost impossible to read one's email. Totally dislike the new setup and want the old one back or one that actually works. Whoever had this bright idea should be fired!

    How can I get back to the old email. The new email is useless, thus, worthless. If not fixed I will be forced to abandon the nail site I have used for over 20 years.

    I agree. Stop the main screen to roll back to the top when we scroll down. It is irritating beyond belief.

    I've posted on this issue before weeks ago and no fix yet. Been using Yahoo for over 20 years but it's nearly unusable now with the scrolling and jumping back to the top problem. Gmail is looking better and better if this isn't fixed soon. Quit gathering comments and start fixing the major issues. How many times must you be informed that it's broke? And I switched because you said I could go back to the old version if I didn't like the new one. Can't find the return to old version button so fool me once .....

    You scroll down to read what you want to see and it goes straight back to the top why is this happening for a professional company like yours a bit poor I think

    I feel that the new version is not very stable. Maybe it is just me, but every time I start to type a new email, the email jumps up by itself. It is really frustrating because at the end I do not know what I am typing or what was sent to me :-(

    This happens all the time since I moved to the new version.
