How can we improve New Mail?

When I open an email and read down - it jumps back to the top all the time

Stop interfering when I am scrolling down and reading an email. The program keeps jumping me back to the top of the email.

    This sucks. Every time I try to scroll down on an email, it takes me back to the top. I feel it is somehow tied to the advertisement updates. When will you fix this?

    Agreed, same happening to me. Trying to read a lengthy email and it keep restoring to the mail header, most irritating.

    No other word to describe; it sucks. You said we can go back if we want. Why is that so impossible. Your communication skills are beyond bad. My daughter told me to go to google; if my problems are not addressed I'm outa here. Cannot even get updates on my phone; I'm paralyzed by YAHOO

    Here is an IDEA - FIX THE EMAIL FROM JUMPING UP AND DOWN AND I AM UNABLE TO BACK OUT OF YOUR BETA TESTING! FIX IT!!

    Scrolling down to reading my email and the email automatically jump back up to the top of the email constantly. Not allowing me to read the full email.

    There is a very annoying screen refresh during viewing of an email. This resets the view to the top of the window and is really frustrating. Basically makes this email version unusable.

    Make it easier to change back to basic. There is too much flashing going on and the page constantly jumps.

    Let me read the mail! Stop moving it back to the top! The other problem is typing. Sometimes when typing it takes me a minute to type one word because I type and the letters don't appear for 4, 5 10 seconds... makes it very difficult to type a sentence much less a paragraph. I want the old yahoo back (although the old yahoo was also slow typing)

    In internet explorer when I open an email and start scrolling down to read, it keeps jumping to the top of the email. Can't read anything properly. Want to go back to old mail but cannot figure out how.

    The emails jump around, its not easy to find and email group contacts, why is using yahoo so hard?

    On the main mail page, keeps reverting to half way down the page. So annoying

    Since I generally use the old Yahoo mail, I had not experienced this. My husband, who had not gone to the trouble to change back, often experiences this, however. It certainly needs to be fixed!
