How can we improve New Mail?

When I open an email and read down - it jumps back to the top all the time

Stop interfering when I am scrolling down and reading an email. The program keeps jumping me back to the top of the email.

    Stop the mail window leaping up and down. It's effing irritating and you're going to give someone an epileptic fit. Also, stop the Feedback button constantly flashing in a Me Me Me ME ME MEE!!!! fashion. You need to be less needy. I am one more flashing weirdo away from going back to the old version. Or just reading it in gmail instead.

    When I am reading a long email and scroll down, the screen refreshes or something and it returns me to the top. So, I have to scroll back to the spot I was reading - then it snaps back to the top again. Very annoying!

    After a couple seconds, the email I'm reading will pop right back up to the top. It will continue to do it no matter how many times I scroll down. Very annoying.

    Fix it. Too many issues to list, but scrolling, site verification issues, yadda yadda yadda. Several years ago yahoo mail was the best. Now nothing but problems.

    When I have scrolled down to the bottom of a message to see attachments, for example, the screen automatically moves back up to the top of the message. This is a serious problem. Thank you!

    When reading an email and scrolling down it keeps automatically going back to the top of the email and I continuously have to scroll down to keep reading the contents of the email.

    We should be able to control the scroll rate, but in the middle of trying to read an e-mail, it continuously flips back to the top. Why?
    Also, new color schemes are terrible!

    Stop the D$^*m flipping back to the begining of the email I'm trying to read!!!!
