AD's
The **** ad's slow the email process, during the composition of an email as the ad changes it freezes the program. There is no need to have ad's in the email section, seriously how many people do you honestly think watch the **** at all? I'll give this **** a chance, but there should be an option to change back .

Scrolling and opening my Emails have become such a chore as your performance is sooo slow. The ads changing over and over again does not help. If you don't get rid of the ads or at least make it so the ads don't turnover so frequently I'm going to switch to gmail. I already have a gmail account and it is 100% better than this. I ve had an account with you for over 15 years and really dont want to change my main email but i will if things dont improve.. Please just be an email format and not a commercialized email website.

I bought a computer. I buy monthly service. I bought a home to house it. I pay for Microsoft and Yahoo's Service in order to avail myself to Advertisers seeking to sell their products. I purchase the size of screen I choose for MY viewing, NOT THEIR ADVITIZEMENTS (profits) Where is my cut? They should pay for MY LABOR, MY EQUIPMENT, MY HOME, MY ELECTRICITY, MY VIEWING SPACE and my patience without my having to pay to get them off my SCREEN.

Get rid of the garbage that's dragging it down. Keep the advertising for your face page, not my e-mail page. I can always go elsewhere!!!!

Your insistence on blocking the message with right side advertising is very effective. Are you trying to drive me away?

Yes, the ads are terrible. Clearly, you accept ads from anyone, even clickbait liars who try to trick people into that Sylvester Stallone is dead. Ugh.
At least limit your advertising to reputable companies.

I agree. I can't even read my email because of them. I am pretty fed up and about to switch to a different email service if it is not fixed. That stupid bar on the righ is soooooooooo annoying.

I'm often unable to do anything within mail due to a "long running script" caused by an ad. It is BEYOND frustrating. It takes me 10x as long to do anything as it should. I am seriously considering switching to Gmail. I would even be willing to pay $1/mo to get rid of the ads altogether... if that's even possible. The ads need to go.

stop blocking my folder with adds from virtial cards. If it happens again you can cancal my account and I will use gmail. I hate pop ups. I even bought software to stop it. I also open a fedex email and it was a virus telling me to call a 888 number to have it removed. If you can't handle little things like this, then I can't trust you with other things I use email for. DO U GET IT NOW>

Last straw. Pop ups that you can't get rid of. It's bad enough that they pop up, but EVERY TIME I ACCESS MY MAIL??
