How can we improve New Mail?

Crazy. My emails now print in tiny font, with the first page now a huge picture of a printer, and I can't read anything without it skipping back to the top after a few seconds.

    Getting 2 big pictures: a giant X and a picture of a printer when I select the printer for email. Can't get rid of them so can't print out my reports. Stinks to the high heaven!

    Hate the new format! Had emails in drafts and inbox and they just ALL disappeared! I need them.

    Return functionality of old settings- like accounts, so one could change the from name. Pretty colors suck up memory the new settings options eliminate functions- I hoped that Verizon would fix Yahoo

    I am using New Mail for Gmail, Yahoo, and AOL and it is slightly lagging on updating the inbox. Is there a way to push updates to my Win10 machine faster in Chrome?

    I need my email switched back. I cannot access my emails and I gotto have this. the new mail sux and I have important issues I need to address.

    "How can we improve New Mail?" you ask.

    By fixing issues that have been lingering for a long time! That's how to improve "New Mail"! A lot of them are not "Rocket Science" and should be easily fixed.

    Will switch to gmail. Do not want new email imposed on me. Please change options because I am not the only one who will be changing to another system

    I like the look of the new mail, but I really miss the photo background options. The drawings are not attractive enough, and the appearance was the only thing keeping me using Yahoo mail instead of Gmail.

    Hello

    It will be good to be able to restore a mail we deleted. I think one year will be good for the search engine, with part of the address mail if we have it (optional) and the dates between we think the emails were deleted (mandatory).

    I have an issue with my bank now. I deleted a mail I received between February and may 2018. The deletion is on the same period. I deleted it the day I received it.
    I trusted my bank. I shouldn't have. T_T

    I don't understand why it cannot be retrieved by Yahoo services. Yahoo was recently sending emails from our accounts to google and police and other administrations from more than a year ago.

    I sent in a complaint about this exactly matter (Jun2018).
    The response I got back was:
    "Online you'll see the cost as $34.99. However, it does not take into consideration the discount code applied to your account. Therefore, you would have renewed this year at the $19.99 rate."

    I replied to that email stating that the screen must show that. With it nowhere to be seen, there's no way at all for us to know that there is a discount!

    I'm ok with paying $19.99, but not a 75% increase!

    Now seeing this forum, it's clear that lots of people are cancelling their Mail Pro.

    Even if I go back into the account, there's now no way to renew it on the account page!!! It just states that it's cancelled.

    COME ON YAHOO! Fix this problem to not annoy and lose paying customers!

    Back button, Close button and Setting link now working in Google Crome (Version 66.0.3359.117 (Official Build) (64-bit))
    Also email order than yesterday are not listing up when I scroll down. I had to use IE for viewing Yahoo email.
