Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    I cannot download attached file, i'm using desktop PC. when click download, there is no movement.

    I can't retrieve old information that I've counted on! I really need this. I'm guessing you had a reason for getting rid of the old system that I've never had a problem with! Is there anyway we can have the old system? It worked just fine. Thank you, Gail Patton

    Its ****, like yahoo for **** sake, why cant you fix it , so unreliable , doesnt work cant even download an attachment. waste!!!!!!!

    Attachments were downloading this morning! Now they are not downloading? How much longer before this will be fixed?

    Cannot open down load for much NEEDED plane tickets. Original document opens so small it is NOT readable. HELP!!!!!!

    Attachments with mails particularly old one received or sent do not get down loaded. Scribbled contents only appear in stead of clear text.

    I also cannot download any attachments. I am using a MacBook Pro and the Operating system is macOS Sierra version 10.12.6. I have tried with Firefox Quantum version 57 (64 bit) and with Safari version 11.0.1 (12604.3.5.1.1). I cannot download attachments using either browser. What is going on?
