How can we improve New Mail?

Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    Further to my earlier comment, I forwarded my mail to a hotmail account and was able to download the file. So the problem is with yahoo mail.

    I am unable to download any attached documents from my yahoo mail. This has started happening for me from today 7th November 2017 after 4 pm EST. I was able to download a file earlier today.

    I do not get to see videos they take forever to download or they do not down load at all!!
