Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    My chromebook cannot open a download (.vcf) without me installing a new app (I was given a choice of apps, none of which I am familiar with and none of which I want to install). Is there a way to open this vcf without having to install an app?

    Is there any help? Since 2 days downloading, printing and saving of attachment is not possible!!!!!!!!

    Fix the attachment issues.. This is awful, please return my email to its previous version. I did not authorize a update, i am on a time issue for sending invoices and the attachment issues are creating a huge issue!!! it took me over a hour to get 5 attachments to load!!!

    ****...everytime yahoo upgrade their **** system or what ever.....this **** like this start continue and when i back on previcous version, everything back to normal. why offer some **** if not good at all. maybe its time to move to googlemail

    I'm having the same issue, am unable to attach files and pictures. even after several minutes it fails and doesn't even save as a draft.
    I've tried shrinking the picture with no avail.
    I had to use my mobile with yahoo mail to attach pictures to send.
    The allotted space for picture attachments has been to small for a long time and now wont even attach at all. help please.
