How can we improve New Mail?

Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    I can not download my attachments to double check that I am sending the right one.Ads are in the way.

    I cannot download an attachment to open it. When I download it, the page shows activity, but nothing happens!!

    CAN'T I DOWNLOAD AN ATTACHMENT? EVEN IF I PRESS THE DOWNLOAD ICON I WILL NOT DOWNLOAD. VIEWING IS OKAY.

    Every time I try to scroll down to download an attachment it always scroll back up so I can not open it is so frustrating since this email we use for our business
