How can we improve New Mail?

I usually look in my Unread folder to see all my new email in one place. I view and then delete or move each email. When I get to view the last email in the Unread folder, the content of the email flashes on the screen then disappears and my Unread folder is empty. I can find it in the folder where it originated, but sometimes it is difficult to locate. This only happens on my PC (Windows 7), not on my Samsung Galaxy S8+

    I had a lovely little image in my footer that looked classy. Now it has completely disappeared and I am unable to find any way in which to re upload it!
    Also, my phone app is purple & I would rather have my existing colours

    Why do messages disappear while reading them without even touching the keyboard or mouse? This is very frustrating.

    This starting happening to me within the last 2 weeks. How can I make it stop? I get annoyed when I have to figure out where this mail went?

    My unread emails used to be bold type until I read them. Why change this?
