You can improve A LOT
Your navigation buttons are almost invisible. I know your primary purpose is to gain money (which you obviously do not have enough of) and the most of it is advertising, but you have to offer something in return. Hey, you have users too!!! Or are we that insignificant? How about improving basic navigation such as Reply/Reply All/Forward/Send? How about improved filtering? Faster attachment opening? Do you think that a user who is unable to easily and quickly send an email will be looking at your nonsensical advertising at all?
