How can we improve New Mail?

GET RID OF ALL THE **** I HAVE TO CLICK THROUGH TO SEE MY EMAIL

there is just too much **** for me to go through to see my email ... If I can get to my gmail just by going to mail... why should I keep using yahoo mail if I have to click through so may ads ...
