Very slow - it takes few seconds to react if i select any option in the mail.
I have been using yahoo mail for around 15 years, for last few years I have been facing very poor performance. it takes time to load the mail and it doesn't react immediately to perform any action. I have to wait for few seconds to work with the mails.
its dam slow, but when I see gmail it is really good to work with emails.
I don't want to switch to gmail, because the only hope I have is that yahoo mail will be improved(performance) in future.
the basic and the mandate service we look at the mail is for the faster emailing. if it doesn't fulfill then it is no use of adding additional feature.

I am having trouble with my Yahoo email. Everything I try to do is extremely slow or it just doesn't work. This is very annoying to the point that I am considering changing me email provider! This has been happening for quite some time. Is this problem going to be resolved?

It's just toooo slow!!!! If I have 50 emails it takes at least an hour of my time to read, move or delete. I'm so sick of it. I too am thinking I'll use my gmail account. But my husband and I have used this email address since 1998.

What is Yahoo (Verizon) doing to fix these issues? The email has become unusable. Where is a response from Yahoo addressing these serious problems?

I have been experiencing a very poor performance with the latest email system. Is very slow, it takes time to load the mail and it doesn't react immediately to perform any action. I have to wait for few seconds to work with the mails and also when i am writing the text does not appear immediately.I have checked my internet connection and my pc and is nothing wrong with this.
I cannot find email i sent the last week!!! strange as i have not delete them. Is there any one from the yahoo email that we can talk to? -

Agreed. Sadly, after 16 years of use, I've decided to leave Yahoo. The problems are too invasive to the productivity of my daily life. I've spent weeks, organizing and deleting excess email, but to no avail. Sadly, once a switch is made I'll likely never revert.

I don't send a lot of emails but when I do I don't expect to see a balloon message stating "Sending" for a minute or two. At least make it seem like it's on it's way.
