How can we improve New Mail?

Very slow - it takes few seconds to react if i select any option in the mail.

I have been using yahoo mail for around 15 years, for last few years I have been facing very poor performance. it takes time to load the mail and it doesn't react immediately to perform any action. I have to wait for few seconds to work with the mails.
its dam slow, but when I see gmail it is really good to work with emails.
I don't want to switch to gmail, because the only hope I have is that yahoo mail will be improved(performance) in future.
the basic and the mandate service we look at the mail is for the faster emailing. if it doesn't fulfill then it is no use of adding additional feature.

    I just bought this Dell and Yahoo.com/mail sucks. Wish I bought a Mac instead

    Please. Just repair the slow sending of email to other emails like gmail, etc. You'll just have to wait for 1-2 mins for it to be received by the other one. That's all

    Day by day, it just a slow and shows more problems!

    It runs OK for awhile then some moron adds too many ads or whatever and comes to a freaking halt. I like gmail more and more when Yahoo slows down!

    Fix this terrible program, whatever you did to "improve its is dreadful.

    Make small changes at a time to existing format instead of one big one.
    People don't want their time waisted getting used to such a big change.

    Would much prefer old version easier to use especially to find contacts and the speed of loading is snail pace

    Unreliable, slow, dodgy, poor performance, faulty, undependable, ****. Emails often arrive in different order than sent! Yahoo has the reliability of 1980s dialup!
