Very slow - it takes few seconds to react if i select any option in the mail.
I have been using yahoo mail for around 15 years, for last few years I have been facing very poor performance. it takes time to load the mail and it doesn't react immediately to perform any action. I have to wait for few seconds to work with the mails.
its dam slow, but when I see gmail it is really good to work with emails.
I don't want to switch to gmail, because the only hope I have is that yahoo mail will be improved(performance) in future.
the basic and the mandate service we look at the mail is for the faster emailing. if it doesn't fulfill then it is no use of adding additional feature.

I've had nothing but problems switching over and it's slowed down my whole computer, not mentioning losing Internet Connection. You can't tell me it hasn't, because I never lost internet connection as much as I have since switching over to Yahoo's new version of email.

Yahoo mail very slow to respond. Only write back information requested in red and forget everything sweep under the carpet. Lousy system

Stop cluttering up the system. "More" does not always mean "better."
To many options can lead to a higher security risk. The more options you create, the more openings there are for hackers to enter the system.
Stop catering to the minority with top class internet service.

I wish Yahoo would make it easier to delete old messages, For example, delete all the Trash or Sent or Spam with one or two clicks. I'm ready to switch to gmail.

You're a BILLION dollar company, and this is just mailing a website. But the foundation of "Yahoo!". And you are still unable to boost up the performance??? For months? No money for servers or your cleaners are coding this stuff, or your CEO got killed?

It's STILL very jumpy. I will click on an attachment and it takes me back to the top of the page 4 or 5 times before allowing me to open it. I think I'll stick with the old mail till more issues are resolved.

Remove the ads. Very slow. For some reason, emails from 2006 showed up today unread. Can't select all and mark "read." You should try to compete with gmail. Their UI is wonderful and easy to use. I know I will be switching.

Turtle speed of signing up and out. The speed of email accessing, reading, writing, sending or storing is extremely slow. It seems that it is no way to improve these disadvantages of Yahoo Email.
