Add a folder to view email from anyone in my contacts list.
This is a variation of the old "People" option (where did THAT go?) which I never understood how it chose what to include and what to omit. I had "people" in my contacts whose emails would never show up when I clicked on "People". This suggestion is, in my opinion, a better way to do it.
