Ad overload. I don't mind ads, but your interface takes it to new extremes, especially when I try check a folder with no messages in it.

Don't charge me for anything. I just want to receive emails. It is fine the way it is, but stop putting ads in my email inbox!!

I really resent seeing ads placed in the middle of the my emails as if it was another email. This is not the way to encourage users to "purchase" ad free email. It is the way to persuade people to take their emails to another site. It is easy to see why Yahoo has been steadily losing money. Poor management equals poor performance and poor monetary return. Instead of enhancing the site to entice more users, you are running people away. Rethink the ad placement. Quit the barrage of animated ads in the users site line and improve the service. That will guarantee more users, more clicks, more revenue.

The whole performance of Yahoo is not what it used to be! It's slow, too many ads, too many errors, won't open when I attempt to open it. If the old was not broken, why fix it. LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!

Everday on opening Mail box I get about 10 to 15 promotional mails. Better you give an option to the customer to avoid repetition of the same daily.

Hi, I have two questions:
1- Imagine there are more than 500 various emails in my box , I want to delete all of them in one phase not in several phases !
2- Advertisement email are usually sent yahoo users , I like to have a controller in the “setting “ to get rid of them not only in the box of mails but also in the Spam folder… -

I have been thinking about switching from Yahoo mail because the ads are larger than my inbox. Not only have they been shrinking the size of my inbox screen, but even after clicking them closed, they reappear. Until the ads are under control, this has been an increasingly frustrating email server.

Stop showing me ads for bikini line shavers and available young women. I am 63 and male, I don't want to see this sort of thing. It seems that you have upped the number ads just to encourage us to upgrade to ad free, which we have to pay for.

Should we be signing a petition to remove the ads? The old mail had an extension that removed ads as long as we used Yahoo for a search engine. Why doesn't that work anymore?
