Ad overload. I don't mind ads, but your interface takes it to new extremes, especially when I try check a folder with no messages in it.

Yahoo! lets me use less and less of the screen. It has become even more bloated with advertising and scams. It is free, but if it continues, people will simply make it their address to receive spam.

I already pay enough money to have the internet. Advertisements should not even be on anyone's PRIVATE e-mail page. Just another example of GREED in the modern world. And yes, the ads completely ***** up the e-mail page.

You should be a way to close it. Here to read my emails, everything else should be off to the side or easy to close, this big ad is in the way. Should I be looking at Outlook?

YOU SAY THE NEW E-MAIL BUT ALL I CAN SEE IS THE OLD VERSION WITH AGGRAVATING IN YOUR FACE ADVERTISING. WHEN ITS POSTED ON THE SIDE BAR MY MAIL FLUTTERS AND BLINKS RAPIDLY WHERE I HAVE TO SIGN OUT AND REOPEN. THIS IS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR. THIS IS ALSO PRESENT IN MY YAHOO NEWS CONSTANT BARRAGE OF WORTHLESS ADVERTISING. CAN'T YOU GUYS FIND A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO GETTING REVENUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear yahoo,
Seems like yahoo mail is spending lots of time searching for ads, google.leads, vid...
This is causing performance issues like jumpy scrolling down a page and delay waiting for page to change/complete.
Is yahoo email performance tied to the speed of some other advertising servers?

I don't mind advertisements... every company chooses how to gain revenue. Got it!
My complaint about some of the advertisements is the automatic PLAY on video ads!!! (yes, THREE exclamation points)
The auto-play on video ads causes the email to freeze up, waiting for part of the ad to start. This happens irregularly, so while I am deleting emails, the ads start to run and halts my ability to click on anything. Not everyone has a supercomputer with light-speed processors.
The video ads that auto-play cause Yahoo Mail to freeze until the ad starts... which is VERY inconvenient and extremely annoying (like my use of caps and parenthesis). -

Please remove the constant loading of ads on the email page. Even basic email functions (inbox, deleting, composing emails) all get bogged down so bad as to be VERY frustrating! If anything, just load two ads upon startup, and then stop! You don't have to keep refreshing ads here...I highly doubt users will stop writing their email halfway to go click on an ad!
