"Checkbox, not checked" tooltip is completely unnecessary.
The first thing I do when I open my Inbox is to run through any marketing emails and delete them. I start at the top with the most recent email. When I get consecutive emails that I want to delete, the tool tip message from the checkbox above is in my way. I don't know why you need to have a tooltip that tells me that the box is unchecked, but maybe don't have it popup directly over another checkbox. Trying to select multiple emails with their checkbox is a frustrating experience as you go down the page.
