You've still got the Spam button "underneath" the Delete button.
If you hang around on the cursor too long, or you think "Delete" hasn't worked and click again, the message goes straight into Spam. If you're going to leave it like this, we at least need a "reverse" button for taking the sender/email out of Spam.
