Thanks for making it clear that I should switch to gmail. I've used Yahoo since the late 90's, but since you can't run a website anymore, I'm done. At least have the courtesy to not pop up your spam while I'm sending out my change of address notes :P

Completely second this about not using an industry standard 2FA system like many other sites use. Most of us are using something like Authy/Google Authenticator to generate our authorization codes and it would be in Yahoo's best interest to follow suit.
SMS/Phone 2SV is perfectly fine to offer to those who don't want to use a 2FA application to generate codes, but it is extremely annoying to those of us who have gone through the effort of seeking out ways to increase our security. 2SV can be inconvenient, especially if the mobile network is not available for an individual at that time or is otherwise bogged down. 2FA allows a user to still use the secure account login method without having to rely on a 3rd party network to receive the code.
There have been multiple times when my text message for my code was delayed or not received and it would have been far faster to simply use the same 2FA application I use for all my other secure site logins. Please implement this as an option, Yahoo! Do it for the sanity of your users and to show that you're still somewhat relevant, otherwise those of us who consider this an important implementation will move on to another platform that does support it.

Enough with the 'my browser may be interfering with my email experience'. when i follow the stupid link nothing happens and thereby I've wasted my time. if there's a problem then bloody well give me a direct link to fix it, not where i have to run around looking for it.,

You gave away access to my private data through breaches. Now I adblock. Go **** yourself for asking me to whitelist.

Stop telling me something is wrong because I'm using an ad blocker. Implying it will cause problem is misleading. It's not my problem if you don't get ad revenue.

Been a yahoo user for 18 years. I do not want adds. It's got so bad that I bookmarked my inbox so i don't even have to see your home page because it's littered with so much negative information claiming to be news. If you don't stop spamming me i'm moving to PROTON MAIL to claim my PRIVACY back with the bonus of no adds.
