Annoying ad. blocker pop-up.
Just get rid of the annoying pop-up wanting me to pay you for blocking ads! It interferes with almost every email I attempt.
If this persists, I shall be leaving TalkTalk. It is ruining an otherwise great service.
Has it not occured to you that most of us who don't want ads. already have a service to stop them which, by the way, are cheaper than the service you offer!

The problem is that they removed the easy way to block spam, and their response was to "mark it as spam" then closed the thread. I wasn't given a chance to reply telling them, I do that, and it keeps coming, because yahoo do nothing about blocking the spam that I have reported, which is why I WANT TO BLOCK THE SPAM MYSELF that way I know it's done. Side note, I wish I could add pictures here and show everyone just how unsupportive the admins and support team are.

Let me read my email without one million ads or suggestions to upgrade. I'm not paying ya'll $5 a month for poor journalism news and an advertisement littered email service. Let me use my free email in peace.

This should be something that can be disabled, but I haven't found the option.

Give the option of a "chat" with a real person button. As much as Yahoo makes, you should be able to afford a 24 hours "customer assistance" chat with a real human being! There are many issues that many of us could use help in.

I was willing to pay for my email account, but you went up so I walked out. So now you nag, nag, nag about my ad-blocker, which I need to protect me from malware...

I feel the same way, shut it off. It is essentially advertising!

The pop-up is annoying, the folder intrusive, so at a minimum there should be a way to turn it off.

How about you stop ******** at me to give you more money when you are also trying to get me to sign a very unpalatable agreement? Why would I be OK with you scanning my private email? I have been with Yahoo for the thick end of 20 years, but this is the sort of thing that will make me move on.

YOU KEEP ASKING IF I WANT TO PAY FOR EMAIL.
YET WHEN I TRY TO FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WILL GET THERE IS NOTHING THAT TELLS ME. I WILL PAY FOR EMAIL THAT WILL ONLY GIVE ME EMAILS FROM PEOPLE IN MY ADDRESS BOOK. FOR EMAILS THAT ARE NOT IN MY ADDRESS BOOK THEN THEY NEED A BOOMERANG EMAIL SENT TO THEM THAT ASKS THEM TO ASK ME TO ADD THEM TO MY ADDRESS BOOK. I MEAN I DO NOT WANT TO MISS IMPORTANT EMAILS BUT I DO NOT HAVE AN HOUR A DAY TO SORT OUT THE VIAGRA COMMERCIALS. SO EMAIL HAS BECOME A DINOSAUR TO ME. -

Gmail doesn't make me pay for their "pro" service and it's ridiculous that yahoo does.
