    You, AGAIN, switched me to your "new" yahoo mail, even though I have REPEATEDLY clicked "No Thanks"! My reply would be .ell NO!
    Your so called help, on how to switch back, NO LONGER APPLIES!
    You have CHANGED THE SETTINGS SO THAT THE SWITCH BACK OPTION IS NO LONGER DISPLAYED!!!!!!!!!

    Your switch back to classic mail grays out the submit button and I cannot switch back to classic mail when I go to settings.

    Accessing the thread of conversations has become a nightmare in this new format. I moved away from Yahoo for this issue. Human brains respond better if it is organised better. With the old system you could keep the thread of conversations intact.Get rid of clubbing the thread into one, It is confusing. Some I replied to myself and lost a bit on waiting to get a response from the other parties.
