This is the 3rd time I have somehow been "switched"-- I will switch mail services if I can't get the old one back--I HATE the "new" mail !!

Why did you say you are deleting my comment? There are no swear words or inappropriate or racial, or political words used. I only said below that this form is hard to use and could be confusing to a non profession casual internet user.

Too complicated. I am in my 70s and was a legal secretary (lots of typing, internet, etc.). I am retired now and want easier, less complex user options. I am using for personal data, rearch, correspondence and pleasure, i.e., low tech (not getting paid for it LOL). Please how can I get less complex options. I too detest all the ads and distractions but most of all I am upset about the unnecessary complexity!

Quit screwing with the format of my mail. I don't like your new format and I don't like the constant badgering to change.

I don't like the new format either. Old worked for me. So leave mine alone. This is the 2nd time I have switched back to the old format.

i must say yahoo up until now has been pretty good but forcing me and others to use this new formatt is taking control of our choices. first there was an invitation to try it i ignored it because i did'nt want it. then one day i found myself with it and no way to change it. outlook has a formatt similar to the new yahoo look i have an email account with them but i don't use it because it look like yahoo's new formatt. i will decide which to keep. outlook was the way it was set up already but yahoo deceived me and now want to charge for no ads. adblock has a group from large companies who pay for there adds which in turn adblock can use unintrusive ads only by them. you know about it try it

I sometimes have to FORWARD an email to a DIFFERENT ADDRESS. Thanks to the person that created the new format, I CANNOT enter the NEW SUBJECT! What planet did that person(?) Come from that REMOVING the SUBJECT LINE WAS THOUGHT TO BE A GOOD IDEA? PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE GO BACK TO THE 1998 FORMAT! EVERY, REPEAT EVERY change since then has resulted in WORSE OPERATION. NONE, REPEAT NONE OF YOUR "NEW' processes is 1/10 as good as it was 20 YEARS AGO! I used to TEACH computer science at the University level. Quite frankly, ALL, REPEAT ALL your new versions deserve an "F-". If ANYONE that has anything to do with these new garbage releases, is still with your firm, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEY BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. They FAKED their resume. NO ONE that passed a high school Intro to Computers class would do half the things you do with your new releases. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE LET US GO BACK 2 OR 3 OR 5 RELEASES! No one wants your TRASH!

Stop making me sound like my grandfather - to wit: every time I open yahoo now, I repeat his maxim: They 'improve things' and make them WORSE! If I ignore you 10x in a row, TAKE A HINT and quit badgering me!!!
