    Yes. Why is it so ******** hard to change back to the Basic mail, and stay there.?!?!?!?!?!?!?

    I guess that I am going to have to learn G-mail.

    I can no longer access my business emails and as a small trader this is having a massive effect as im losing money due to unanswered emails that I simply have not received. I can no longer return to the old version and I also cannot access my account settings.

    Yahoo is definitely unfair placing the swich button to new format in such a way that we necessarily click inadvertedly on itand now making it irreversible without any notice. I definitely want to to come back to the old format far much better, Please restore the return functionality.

    The instructions to switch back to classic mail do not work. There is NO OPTION at the bottom of the screen!

    I was on the Classic Version - playing around I switched to Basic. To my dismay, when I tried switching back, my version was gone and instead "automatically upgraded" to the New Yahoo Mail version. The worst part of all of this - in my opinion - is that nowhere during this process did I see any WARNING or pop-up or ANYTHING telling me that if I switch away from this version there is NO GOING BACK. I'm very disappointed in Yahoo for making this so painful to users - no matter how many communications you may have sent at other times about the New Yahoo Mail - there NEEDS to be a warning if as a user, you're making a change that's IRREVERSIBLE. It's just a sure way to upset customers and drive them away.

    Unable to go to the classic mail I want old one instead of new one, have click on setting but then could not get it classic mail option

    I Hate new mail. If I can't find a way to change back, I will drop yahoo and find another.

    I can no onger find and access my business email. This is costing me money and customers and is very frutrating. Has anyone broker through the roundabout? I was on hold for 4 hours with small business "services" yesterday.

    Bring back the old format. You gave me NO option...just logged in and **Bingo** I was in the new mode...like it or not. I DON'T like it. Looks like it was made by a child for a child. Will likely be moving to another email. Yahoo is no longer viable.

    There is no option for POP/Forwarding mail. I wanted to forward a certain email to my verizon
