    All of a sudden my inbox became narrower and there is a large blank area on the right side of my screen.When I open an email, this large blank are is also there. What has happened and how do I change it back?

    I just can't get yahoo mail to download or view attachments with this version of mail when linked to my hotmail account

    I most likely will have to change providers. My contacts are difficult to access! So frustrating. The format is hard to navigate and hard to read for 41 year-old eyes.

    The calendar is not working. Cannot add details. Cannot edit an event. I hate the new format. Why break something that has been working just fine???

    the new format is ******* my eyes....too small, too white...too hard to read....I really hate it and may have to switch out of this email

    what's to say: I do not like the "new mail". That's why, after 3 attempts using the "new mail", I signed out of "new mail" and returned to CLASSIC. However I was bumped out of Classic BY ACCIDENT and defaulted to "new mail" I do not want "new mail". I want CLASSIC. But I can no longer find it. Any help appreciated. ERIK SONNE

    The new format is just awful. It is a shame one cannot switch back to the old format. I am thinking of going to another email provider. The settings for the font and size I wish do not hold true. Every time I insert a URL into my message a big box appears and I have to remove it.

    I want the old format back. I cannot sort my messages by Sender as I could before. I need that option so I can delete unwanted msgs.

    I Hate the new format.. I especially hate that you have eliminated the settings button so that I cannot switch back. I am so frustrated. I have Yahoo Pro subscription. I'm ready to switch to gmail.
