    I Hate the new format.. I especially hate that you have eliminated the settings button so that I cannot switch back.

    I have been trying to change my password or the last 3 days, I could not.
    You tell me that "go to security", click on change password and do it.

    when I go to " security" there is no icon to change password.
    Similarly, you give directions. But, when I follow it, nothing that you direct is there. When you give directions, you have to go and check whether what you are telling us is going to work. It absolutely si not working. You have a very serious problem with your technicians who do not know what they are dloing.

    please get me back to the old format I really don't want to switch to gmail but if I have to get used to a new format then....

    Hate the new format...Please return the classic with normal email reads.Stop consolidating.. Very difficult to read now. Stop playing around..

    Seems another computer troll has to justify his/her job by changing things- seems there is an OVERWHELMING negative response- give the option to go back!

    Keep the old version!! This "new format" was sprung on me only a week or so ago and I hate everything about it...the old version was 100% better in every aspect. I have been scrolling and reading through a great deal of comments regarding this new version, which appears to have been unveiled a year or more ago, the overwhelming response is quite negative. Yahoo claims to want suggestions/feedback regarding the new format but it really appears that they are turning a blind eye to virtually everyone's desire to keep the old version and discard the new version! We should not be forced to accept an inferior product!! Wake Up Yahoo!!

    I saw a response you gave saying (paraphrased) that now you've got the new format you can't afford to maintain the old one. Here's an idea: Since so many people hate the new format, why not discontinue that and go back to the old one?

    Have switched to classic mail again which is working fine. Will continue to use old classic until you close it down. then it will be goodbye Yahoo as I can't deal with the new mail and am getting no help from you.

    I Am legally blind you changed my mail I can no longer use it I need the classic back to keep using yahoo I will be using G mail now this is awful I hate it
