    Hate the new email format. Get rid of views and let me see my folders without scrolling, like it used to be. And quit changing me when I go back to classic

    This new version keeps locking up. So when I try to switch back to the classic version, the request box locks up! Terrible!

    I have made 6 unsuccessful attempts to go back to the old mail. Why??? This isn't working. You are losing customers including me!!

    I'm not able to go back to the Classic. I give my reasons why, and I can't click on the revert to Classic box. It's not clickable. So obviously you don't care about our reasons why. And there are many.

    When I click revert back to classic format it constantly reverts back to this newer lame one.

    new format too many , slow and freeze my computer on email , I do not like it

    There are many comments Yahoo about Yahoo.com email I too can't stand this new format please change back or I'll just go with someone else I don't like that you can access my computer freely and just change the format (which does not work)

    Cruel Why make it seem you give option to return to classic mail and then not have it work?

    Do not care for it. You have taken away my choice. No permission to do this. Thinking about going back to msn.
