    when is yahoo going to respond to our pleas for the classic mail to be back? This is very unprofessional behavior...not a fan.

    The new format has a lot of wasted space. Seems since you changed my format I get MANY more spam emails. Maybe fix what's broke and leave what works alone.

    I am trying to return to classic mail format. The button you provide to do so does not work. I did not choose to change to your new format and would like to return to classic.

    Please change my account back to classic format, I know you can do it since I was slammed into your "upgrade."

    I do not want the new version...do not like the tool bar at the right...too cluttered and takes up message space...cannot get back to the classic version I had for years..when it goes back, it is a version I do not use...put me back to the previous one and leave it there! Not happy at all.

    Hate the new format. Tried to change back but as other commenters indicated, Yahoo doesn't make this easy. In fact, they have made it impossible. None of the instructions to change back work.

    Adding * Today * This week * and Older * takes up valuable space on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Please remove as a mobile option or make it configurable.

    Also, World Cup Coverage in upper right corner should be a feature that users can disable.

    I will likely migrate to gmail or another option, this new format will not allow me to get rid of the annoying right panel, so I see half of the subject.

    I agree with those comment below. I do NOT like the new format for my email. I clicked on the box to 'return to classic email' BUT ITT WILL NOT WORK...the button is grayed out. I want the classic email format ....HOW do I get it ?????

    the search option on the old Ymail was FAR superior to the one in the new one. Please give us the option of using old Ymail

    I want my old format back, too. I do not like it at all. Please change it for me..I have tried so many times and I still get the new format. BLAH..

    The new system is just about unusable. If I cannot go back to the system that was working in May 2018 I will move to Gmail

    New format locks up every single time.
    Quit screwing with something that works!
    I don't care if your people think it's needed!

    I am unable to use this service at this time because of your misguided efforts.

    Return to the old email!

    The new format doesn't allow me to access Dropbox!!! When I try to switch back to the old format I'm not able to get passed the comment box. This is very annoying and unfair!

    I do not like the new email and didn't request the change. I've tried to change back to classic format, but even though it gives me the window to change it, it will not respond and make the changet. I can't now, change the font to "medium or large" and have it remain and I hate the small font. If I want large I have to set it for every email I forward or compose and it's a pain in the neck..
