    I'm at the point of canceling my yahoo mail account It isn't free I pay you each year. You keep witching to Mail Pro. I switch back to classic and you change it again. The way the contacts are set up is stupid. I TRIED TO SWITCH
    BACK TODAY IT WON'T LET ME. IF I CAN'T FIX THIS SOON YOU'RE DONE. MAIL PRO SUCKS AND SO DOES YAHOO.

    People, are you uncaring or, fill in the blank______.
    Just return it to old format, OK.

    I'd try another way to contact Yahoo mail, but this is the only option it gives me.
    Are you trying to loose customers?

    You indicate one can go back to the former format, but, as you know, it does not work. Why do you mess with the formats..if they're not broke don't fix them. I'm really disgusted..why move contacts off the page for instance? So many annoyances!

    I have no clue why you are making the changes you are, however I do not like them. It appears every time I sign in to check my mail I have to verify it through my phone, that is ridiculous!! If I wanted to use my phone I would, I am just about ready to leave my yahoo mail behind and start using gmail. Stop this **** there is no need for it and it just complicates everything.

    trouble trying to get back to old mail. This new one keeps locking up. Please change me back to the one that actually works!
