I don't mind the new format but I do mind the often slow web speeds of Yahoo.

    Did the same genius that design Windows 10 go to work for Yahoo? Both are far worse than the previous version, change for change's sake is counter productive, speed it up, but that is the only change from the old format that was needed.

    Seems that you have slowed down the old mail in the last few moths to force people onto the new one. I tried the new one months ago and it was too slow . now I have had to move to it because the old one keeps getting slower.

    site is **** and slow, freezes, cannot locate contacts, sorry nothing positive.

    Please fix this problem as I can see from others, that your program is not producing as I guessed it was supposed to work. I suggest you go back to the last program and who ever sold this on you should be billed to them all costs.

    Far too slow with unwanted ads I have to refresh the page every time I want to delete unwanted emails.

    New Yahoo mail a total failure. Slow to load, many attempts required. Go back to old mail format.

    This new version is so slow and overnight it must hang because when I go to use it again in the morning its unresponsive and I have to close yahoo down, never had to do that before.

    This is the third day that I can't access my e-mail. The main page loads but if I click on an e-mail it won't open........just a little - loading circle - and that's it. Yahoo mail is no longer reliable. What's going on?

    Unacceptable performance. Items never fully load. Appears to be problems with Yahoo Mail or their Ads not fully loading.
