Why can't I set my mailbox to show both From and To columns like I can in Outlook?
I can't figure out how to show both from and to columns in folders. Especially when I am working the same topic with multiple people it is imprtant to see the name of the person TO whom I sent a message, rather than just the dumb FROM "Me".

In Outlook, Gmail, etc., you can see the headings (From, Subject, Date, Size, Importance, etc.) above the columns. This allows you to sort 1000s of emails and take appropriate action. I'm trying to help my mother with her Yahoo email account, and now I know why I don't have one for myself. I've tried asking Yahoo, but the automated responses are a joke!
