Unable to send a HELP request to Yahoo
I had my emails deleted but am unable to send a HELP request to the Yahoo tech support team to remedy the problem. While filling the request form, it will not accept my email as a valid email - hence, the request to YAHOO cannot be processed. The ROGERS support team acknowledges the problem and that others have also had this same problem, but they are unable to assist & that someone from YAHOO needs to address the problem. This then cycles back to the MAIN issue, I am unable to send the request to anyone at YAHOO. So ,,,how does this issue ever get fixed?
