Delete single email button.
In the new format the delete single email button was moved to the far right. As you are looking at emails the eye is drawn to the left half of screen. That is where the sender info and beginning of subject is. When the delete button was on the left you eye and your cursor is in that area making it easier to click delete in that area. Now that it is on the far right your eye is looking left but to delete you have to navigate to the far right to delete a message. This causes too much mouse scrolling to be efficient. I have to break my eye focus on the left part of the screen to navigate to the far right to find the delete key. I'm sure there are many good things about the new format but this one thing is enough for me to stay on the classic format.
If you want to delete groups of emails at once, check out our Tips and Tricks post:
Keep in mind that the Spam and Trash folder empty themselves at random intervals throughout the week. To hold onto emails longer, it’s better to Archive them instead. Archived emails are never deleted unless you do so manually.
Sometimes when emails reappear after being moved/deleted or suddenly move to the Trash, it’s due to syncing issues between the account and a mail app. If you access the account through a non-Yahoo app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any future syncing issues.
Thank you!

Emails I delete return to my inbox. It doesn't matter if I delete them one at a time, delete multiple emails at once or manually move them to the Trash Folder, they return to the Inbox after deleting.

Have your IP guys stop chatting with the newbie and find the problem with the trash that was deleted reappearing. You are using up your space by not doing this and costing you money.

fix your delete button. It won't let me delete, they come right back when I do delete them. I check the boxes of one's I want to delete then hit delete, they go then come right back

I suggest not automatically marking any e-mail as read when the e-mail above it is deleted. Even if I may a preview pane open, it doesn't mean I have read it--especially since there isn't enough real estate on the mail window to show enough of the un-read e-mail in the preview area.

When I highlight some emails I want to delete, the next one above or below that I did not check also gets deleted. I see this problem has been mentioned in October and the 'idea is closed' but there doesn't see to have been a solution to the problem.

Why can't I delete without getting a message unable to delete?
I have over 100 items there, and it only deleted 5, after a very long wait!
Not happy!!!
