The timestamp on emails is based on your own timezone. Check the timezone settings under the “Viewing Email” section of the “More Settings” menu.

    I need to know how to change the time stamp on my sent email, it is 1 hr off.

    I propose that Yahoo provide a solution for its Pro version that enables the time stamp to be set. Mine is now for somewhere in the Pacific Ocean, and all "solutions" offered by Yahoo fail to work.

    I sent myself an email at 18:38 on the13th and it came through instantly time stamped at 01:38 the 14th.
