How can we improve New Mail?

I think it's ridiculous that you have no way to speak to a human if problems arise

how about restoring a human connection if issues arise. after having THAT WAS THE PROBLEM! having no alternative is ridiculous.

    I have been trying to figure out why my yahoo email loads but the messages won't open when I use Chrome. It worked until a few weeks ago. I've google solutions to no avail. I NEED to talk to a human!
