Put delete icon back on the left.
Please put delete icon back on the left. I hate having to move the cursor all the way to the end of the line/screen to click on the delete icon. And I do not want to have to go through a two-click option of first selecting the message and then pressing the "DELETE" button on the top.

PLEASE move the Delete icon back to the left next to the star!

agree! putting the delete icon on the right makes deleting emails much slower because you have to move your eyes away from the key information which is the sender and the subject. Having the delete button between sender and subject means you can see it all in one eye-full.

This was an idiotic change!
And they won't move it. -

The location of buttons (reply, delete, move, etc) are moved to far from the original locations. Also, when replying the full header no longer shows in the body of the email, so for businesses this is not sufficient for seeing who all recipients were in the original email as well as not being able to see the time/date when the original email was sent. There was no reason for this change. Please return to the way it was in the original old classic email format. Thanks.

I agree.....the delete button should be moved back.
Too many dislikes to the new mail format (would prefer to have continued using the old classic email format forever!) to list all of them...... but here are a few:
1: reply info detail missing - need to be able to see all recipients, date/time, etc. should be returned to the old classic email format
2: cannot figure out how to add a new contact from an email...used to be a simple hover to highlight the email address in the email itself and then a click to add to contacts. Now just highlights with no options. Should be returned to old classic email format.
3: hot button locations - these have been moved entirely too far from the old classic email format and should be returned. IE: the delete button moved from left of center to far right corner.
4: can no longer find a "reply all" buttonOverall, people really just do not want this drastic change. It's hard enough getting through a day as busy as we all are. Trying to send/reply/read/move/delete/print an email should not change so drastically that it feels like learning a new software.
Switching back to the old classic email format should be allowed and was for quite a while but now that format has even changed and is completely useless because it has changed so drasitcaly and no longer allows for the signature line to include different fonts copied into the box. Many of us are businesses and don't like that our clients start getting totally different styles of emails from us.

I totally agree! Why on earth would you move the delete icon to the far right? HORRIBLE UX!

I agree. This is inefficient and poor design.

do not remove the delete command from the sender name. It is annoying to go to the end of the subject to delete the email
