I pay to have an ad free business email
I pay to have a business account and for it to be ad-free. This is very unprofessional. The first email now is some BS ad that is going to me and techs. Please correct or I will move my email to someplace that understands the difference from business and personal emails.

Yahoo has no perfect ans for why they cannot go Ad-Free. the only thing happening is you are losing your popularity by posting Ads. It looks VERY unprofessional.

Why on earth will you not take my funds - the idea in business is to make it easy to pay. I have entered correct card details five times now.... Very boring :-)

I have had and used yahoo mail for at least 30 years so to hijack my account to pay or watch a bunch of adds will send me elsewhere.

Adds on a business email are distracting and annoying. Please toss ads in garbage!!
I don't like it and I don't want my paid employees distracted either! -

Yesterday a lude ad popped up on my business computer email on Yahoo web. Something about burning man and adult content only. Another ad for Viagra. I have ad blocker and it still pops up. Yahoo, your days are numbered, I pay $490 a year for business web sites and multiple business emails, your petty and disgusting ad's are irresponsible and unprofessional. I pay NOT to have ad's. Google web hosting by Jan 01, 2021.

I am having the same problem. A Macy's ad keeps popping up in the right banner of my business email page that shows Macy's lingerie models in all forms of top and bottom undress. I cannot open my business email page without these obtrusive and potentially embarrassing ads showing during presentations or team meetings. I have tried to eliminate these ads in numerous ways but have not found a way to do so. I will need to cancel everything Yahoo-related to get rid of this apparently. For a paid business account, this is unacceptable.

I also pay a monthly fee for my small business account. What the **** are ads doing on my email service?
Looking around; if I can pay some other provider who doesn't flood me with ads AND take my money, I'm moving.

I have been a paying member since there was a requirement to pay. I was ok with 19.99 a year, but to increase the same service to 3.49 a month is a rip off.

I too am very unhappy with ads on my paid for business email account.
I think the ads should go or this email account should be free.
I will explore other options if not addressed.

100 Percent Agreement that my Paid For Business Email Inbox should be AD FREE!
The person or persons that came up with the stupid idea to start spamming our business email inboxes with Unrelenting Repeating Ads that I've marked as "Dislike this Ad" should be fired!!
Better Yet... if it doesn't stop I'm going to initiate a Class Action Lawsuit!
