I pay to have an ad free business email
I pay to have a business account and for it to be ad-free. This is very unprofessional. The first email now is some BS ad that is going to me and techs. Please correct or I will move my email to someplace that understands the difference from business and personal emails.

completely agree. Yahoo should refund our money that's paid for no-ads.

I agree with all comments listed. We are paying for an ad-free email service and, unannounced, ads are now appearing every day. If not turning ads off, you should refund the service fee to all users.

I pay $19.99 a month for this business email. The ads started showing up last June. I've been complaining about them since then. I've even called Yahoo to see if they could help... of course they won't help. I've had this business email for 16 years. All this bush league move is, is a money grab. ********* Yahoo!!!!
Every chance I get, I tell anyone I can to NOT use Yahoo. I tell them to go to Gmail, it's more expensive, but at least you get what you pay for. YAHOO SMALL BUSINESS EMAIL IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!

It is so distracting having ads popping up all day while I'm trying to conduct business!! Now they are showing half naked women w/ boob jobs that you can't even get rid of!!! So unprofessional!!!
Also, quit showing me click-bait on dementia w/ the poor guy withering away! My dad DIED from complications of dementia. Great advertising people!!!

This Ad is just killing the whole email experience. It's so annoying. I can't find the mail I need to read unless I go through all these ads. crazy. I want to use them more often, but I can't find the experience from the old days.

Same. I can't concentrate with all the flashing ads and now they go into my email account in away I can't delete. WHAT! And I can't find anything in the help to fix this. Most likely going to gmail. Can't take this!

So why am I now getting obnoxious ads in my email inbox for which I pay you clowns a ridiculous annual fee to avoid such ads? I have seldom encountered such blatant fraud and misrepresentation!! Were it not for the extreme hassle involved in changing e-mail providers (and you know darned well that making such a switch becomes really difficult with time), I'd be long-gone. Remove those objectionable ads from my business e-mail account NOW.

Verizon -- you need to fix sending ads to users who pay for small business. When we signed up for this paid account, it was "ad-free".... deceptive practices have to stop. reporting to BBB
