I pay to have an ad free business email
I pay to have a business account and for it to be ad-free. This is very unprofessional. The first email now is some BS ad that is going to me and techs. Please correct or I will move my email to someplace that understands the difference from business and personal emails.

I pay $19.99/month for my business account, I think it's outrageous that I have to put up with ads. NOT HAPPY WITH YAHOO

With you all the way on this one. As a long time user of the web hosting, I have appreciated the "free" addresses come with advertising. However, this new system with advertising on a business site is just not acceptable. I am amazed there have been so few comments on this so far.

I hate the ads in a paid service but the total change in performance is an even bigger issue. I feel like i'm back in a dial up environment.
I'm looking at other options that will allow me to take all the email and get away from this terrible and deceitful company

It is a scavenger hunt to try and get in contact with any form of support at Yahoo. They don't want to talk to you. If you ever do get to talk to them the representatives can barely speak or understand english.

I pay for my business mail and have for a decade. I am covered up with them now and want something done about it. If Yahoo doesn't we should file a class action lawsuit and get reimbursed for payments made for services not received.Every Time Yahoo "Improves" their email program it gets worse.

The ads are slowing down email composition. It took me 5 minutes to write an email that should have taken seconds. I'm looking for a new service.

I paying for ad-free mail, and I'm very angry that I'm now being forced to look at ads. I did some searching and found a Yahoo statement which indicates the ads help fund some of the features in the Yahoo Mail app. Sorry, I don't accept that. I didn't want the app, but was forced to take it when my iPhone & iPad mail apps stopped accepting the Yahoo account. This is super-unfair. I am voting with my dollars by moving my ~$100/year of domain & email business to Google.
By the way, the Update text in the App Store says nothing about this new "feature". I'll bet a lot of people would have refused the update if they'd known ads would become part of their mail feeds!

I concur. The adds that have started to appear are a total distraction on a business account.
