I pay to have an ad free business email
I pay to have a business account and for it to be ad-free. This is very unprofessional. The first email now is some BS ad that is going to me and techs. Please correct or I will move my email to someplace that understands the difference from business and personal emails.

I'd definitely move away from yahoo after 20 years, unless the ads dissapear!

I will be churning off Yahoo Business Mail... I purchased this offering to avoid advertisements ---I've been a customer for almost 20 years.

Why is Yahoo delaying the Paid opt out for Small Business email ads? This feature can not be so hard to program for Yahoo techs. I am looking for a better solution and when found, I will move email, calendar, 2 domains and 2 websites.
Most Disappointed.....Randy

I have yahoo mail pro - which is ad free and assumed when I also purchased my Small Business email that it would be ad free too, what's going on - is this a glitch?

Similar issue, am preparing to abandon Yahoo mail pro for this very reason.

Kenneth... well said.
I purchased my domain and email address... I have decided that once my contract is concluded, I remove Yahoo mail "Pro" from this equation.
"Bush league". Plain and simple.

Team Yahoo,
Please immediately stop showing these annoying Ads on the paid emails. I have paid for Yahoo Pro, which has gone up in cost and should not be seeing these ads that are very disruptive.
This is truly unprofessional. -

How would I be able to unsubscribe from Yahoo mail Pro, when I can't even say no thanks in the first place ? I don't believe I can trust this offer and I don't like having to bounce around trying to go from one page in my inbox ,and back again just to view my emails .
Please remove the yahoo mail pro offer that was put on my PC by yahoo without my permission .you have screwed up my computer !!! -

I already have an ad blocker, and not being able to delete Yahoo mail Pro is an insult to me !
Especially since you offer a 14 day free trial , and can unsubscribe at any time ? -

I get angry with the unprofessional yahoo experience every single time I am forced to move the boundary, again and again and again. I stay angry at Yahoo all day every day now due to their pompous greed.

This needs to be stopped immediately. Your support says there is no remedy. This is not what I paid for in the business email account services. Yahoo Small Business needs to provide explanation and correction. It is incredibly annoying and unprofessional for a business account.

Will be moving my email to another service as quickly as I can. I pay way too much and get way too little and now I'm getting intrusive ads in my Inbox and all over my screen. Goodbye Yahoo! Good riddance!

It's really really annoying to be bombarded by adds everywhere. I can avoid most places but this is my e-mail account and I pay for it. Right now I have no choice but to log in but I'm considering another service.
