I pay to have an ad free business email
I pay to have a business account and for it to be ad-free. This is very unprofessional. The first email now is some BS ad that is going to me and techs. Please correct or I will move my email to someplace that understands the difference from business and personal emails.

It is utterly disgraceful and unprofessional for Yahoo Small Business to force stupid, unwanted ads to subscribers who are paying not to get them as I have for 15+ years. And one wonders why Big Tech is loathed! I think Verizon taking over has been the demise of Yahoo.

Paid for a business account with no ads. Get rid of the ads NOW.

I have already transferred my domain to a competitor and unless you get these unwanted advertisements out of my inbox, I will move my email, as well. I pay for this email and for you to tell me there is nothing I can do about it, is absolute garbage!

I too pay for a business account that I have had for many, many many years. Why am I know getting deluged with ads!?!?!!? I am furious. It's a mine field trying to figure out where to opt out and when I finally get to where I think it is, I get a server error when I try to opt out. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not worth my time to involve a legal remedy I'll just leave after many years and go to a competitor. Please feel free to call me to resolve this. If no response then I will leave.

I absolutely agree with ALL the commenters here. I PAY for business email to NOT have ads in it. If I wanted ads, I'd just use my freekin' FREE Yahoo mail again .... Advertise to those who don't PAY. Leave the ads out of business email. I've had a business email account with Yahoo for over 15 years without problems. I WILL quit paying for for it and you can HAVE it. NO MORE ADS.

I totally agree with this. I pay for Small Business Email to be able to manage a professional email account and do not want any advertising.
I will consider taking my domain and email business elsewhere, if the ads are not removed from the paid business email. -

Verizon Media is stuffing adds in my email - I pay extra for no adds. How do I get rid of Verizon Media?

Glad to see Im not alone. I have been a paying customer for longer than I can even remember just to avoid this ********. Yahoo used to have excellent customer service. What the **** happened?!?!?!?!

Co!ldn't agree more. Ads just started. Not what I'm paying for. This is totally unacceptable.

Very unprofessional, especially in the email thread! I cancelled BOTH AOL and Yahoo personal FREE accounts for these same intrusive ads. I already had several user complaints regarding these ads in their email feed, and it's only the first day! We will change providers, even at a service cost increase! Most ads are individual, and inappropriate for a business environment.

Agreed. Just started today. Will have to move business account to another service if they don't stop.

Agreed! This just started happening to me, too. It's driving me crazy! I pay for business email account and shouldn't have these annoying, unprofessional ads.
