Sending email
For the last week or so most of the emails that I am sending are not being received by my contacts whom I have previously emailed - this is happening whether I compose new email, forward an email manually or reply all. The emails appear to me to have been sent as they appear in my sent items - however none of the recipients of the emails have received them. I am using this account for important emails and was extremely embarassed that this happened as several urgent responses that I sent were not received. Can you please investigate the problem. Also there is no easy way that I can communicate with any support team - I do not want to sign up for a £4.80 per month helpline! A chat function would be good or at least a help function that has an option to contact someone by email would be good.
