How the **** does it work?
Once again, I am completely and totally frustrated by your **** service, Every year I struggle to update my payment - or check on it - and your system sends me in circles. If I was not locked into this email I would leave - this has been going on for YEARS. You have the worst user experience. How do I update my payment? Please email me. I am furious. Lost an hour of my life doing this. You need to improve.
