I'm trying to change some stuff in my Ubisoft account, but everytime I try to, Ubisoft tries to send a confirmation e-mail to my Yahoo e-mail account, which never comes through. Not even in my spam folder. On the other hand, a suspicious e-mail that looked like it was from someone trying to copy Ubisoft (with bad grammar and spelling) DID get through the spam filter.
I can't do anything with my user account due to Yahoo not receiving or allowing Ubisoft confirmation e-mails. Can this please be looked into? It wasn't an issue in the past.
