switch off spam filter
SPAM filter has become too aggressive, junking important emails relating to my medical care. This is a recent problem. (August 2021). There seems to be no way of switching this off. You are literally killing me. Please fix this.

I would say the spam filter has become dumb, it does not know the difference between a legit and actual spam. In the world of AI and deep learning, yahoo looks to be in the stone age

Some of my legitimate/important emails are being sent to my spam folder, this has just been a recent problem. I was unaware this was happening until I sent follow up emails to a business client wondering why they were not responding to my emails. Only to find out that my originals emails were being answered but were not showing up in my inbox and winding up in the spam folder. Yahoo Please Help!
