Individual requests from everyone whom has Yahoo email instead of this
I was reading everyone's requests why not instead offer this in an email asking each person what their request is & do that for them instead? That way you can answer everyone's topics, concerns & needs

I think you are dreaming. When I found out that Verizon was in the 'mix' I knew this mail was in trouble and there would be changes, but never thought it would be this bad. I have been calling and adding complaints here for at least 2 weeks. I lost count. All I get back is "we are sorry to hear that\" and would like to continue to investigate". They don't have the manpower to help individuals. Robots can only understand what is programmed for their replies. When a robot connects me to another robot, that is not good. I did reach a tech, but I need to talk to someone in charge of Verizon, if there is such a human. I've used Ymail over 25 years and even put up with the useless ads. If you, or anyone you know has dealt with Verizon, it would be clear why this is such a useless program now. I doubt if anyone at Verizon even knows how to 'fix' these numerous problems. They know how to "improve" (big laugh) and they did that with no notification. I didn't get one, and now that Ymail has been TRASHED, they are asking for the customers' ideas on what to build next. Good grief! I suggest they stop 'building' and give back the old version, the one that was working, to their users . Forwarding is useless now.
