When I review emails, a popup asks if I am searching for something. Extremely irritating and time wasting.
in the past week, when I start reviewing emails a popup comes up and asks if I am searching. I turn off the popup and keep reviewing incoming mail. This wastes my time. I contacted customer support and they said it cannot be turned off. I have Yahoo+ and I think this is the best product you offer. There should be a way to turn this popup off because you just turned it on a few days ago.

October 22 2021 update: This stupid popup is still plaguing me. Yahoo+ is for skilled users who know the value of efficient software and are willing to pay to get it so why are we getting this tutorial popup that can't be turned off?

Update Oct 19, 2021 Like a tutorial in a game the popup asks me if I want to search even though the search box is at the top of the page. I don't need no tutorial Yahoo+!! Stop this "feature" now and try to understand the difference between a feature and a bug

update: October 17, 2021: The stupid robot, doing what its masters told it to do, sees me scrolling and says. "Hey, you want make search?" and I tell it no and send it back to the basement. Pathetic, not at all thought out. Yahoo+ pay attention please!!

Update: October 14, 2021. Look for an email and you get the popup that asks you if you would like to search emails, despite the fact that the search box is front and center on the mail page. Frustrating to have such an irritating feature on an otherwise excellent piece of software. Even though I subscribe to Yahoo+, CS tells me they can't disable this horrible feature.

Oct 13 2021 update. The popup is still popping up. Horrible software that can't be tweaked to adapt to user preferences. Obtrusive nanny software. I can imagine the project group of earnest young people with gleams in their eyes dipping their dirty fingers, with righteous zeal, into the user experience. Bad, bad, bad.

Oct 9, 2021 update. This irritating popup is still functioning and asking me if I want to use the search box to search for something when I scroll through emails. What I really need is a useless and redundant popup that asks me if I want to read an email when I open it to read it. Yahoo, pay attention, fix this ridiculous feature.

Update October 8, 2021. Still this horrible, stupid, redundant, unnecessary, time wasting, and annoying feature is insinuating itself into my mail environment. Yahoo CS says they can't turn it off, I can't turn it off. In Japanese we say, "Shiraketa!"
