iOS and iPadOS app not working
My YahooMail app on both iPad Pro and iPhone 12 stays on the purple loading screen and doesn’t go to my mailbox. It hangs.
I tried uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it and changed between wifi and mobile data, and nothing changed. I get notifications on my devices, but can’t access my inbox or the message as the app gets stuck on the purple loading screen.

Hi there,
Please go to your device's Settings -> Tap on Yahoo Mail -> Reset all accounts. Please let us know if the issue persists.
